Rylock Auckland was contracted for the Design Construction Homes Bourke House project in Coatesville, and for their work Rylock was the proud winner of the Residential $15,000 to $50,000 Award in the Window Association of New Zealand’s Design Flair Awards, held in June 2011. “This year we assisted in completing the project by installing a loggia so that there was a second outdoor space undercover that could be used in all weathers,” says Sharon Bilcich from Rylock Auckland. “This area provides absolute privacy from all neighbours and is a true haven from the bustling world of Auckland. It complements the existing joinery we supplied in the first part of the project”.

Rylock Auckland stood out from the pack in the WANZ Design Flair Awards. “In a very competitive group of finalists this entry finally stood out in the way the aluminium joinery joined with all the other elegant features to create a home in the country of wonderful character and personality,” said the judges. The house has also appeared in the latest Trends magazine as a showcase home.

As a member of the Window Association of New Zealand, all the windows and doors supplied by Rylock Auckland are independently type tested to comply with the relevant New Zealand performance Standards and New Zealand Building Code requirements.
